Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any order on InfotechKart.com, operated by RAINBOW GLOBAL RETAIL. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Sales Policy
- Company Role: RAINBOW GLOBAL RETAIL functions strictly as a distributor and retail seller of computer components, hardware, and accessories. It does not manufacture the products sold.
- Tax Compliance: By placing an order on our platform, you confirm that your registration and tax status are active and valid on the date of purchase.
- Invoices and GST: A valid GST tax invoice is issued with every purchase. For B2B invoices requiring Input Tax Credit (ITC), buyers must provide accurate business GST details and certificates at the exact time of order placement.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Any advance partial payments made to secure booking for COD orders are non-refundable if the order is voluntarily canceled by the buyer after processing has commenced.
- High-Value Transactions: In compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, high-value electronic transactions may require standard KYC verification. Our compliance team will contact you if additional documentation is required before dispatch.
- Express Local Delivery (Where Applicable): Where express 4-hour delivery is offered and selected for eligible pincodes, if delivery is delayed beyond the promised window due to our operational issues, the extra delivery premium fee will be refunded to the customer.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Cancellation Before Shipment: Requests submitted before shipment dispatch are processed with 0% cancellation fee and a 100% full refund to the original payment method, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible during transit. Customers may accept delivery and initiate a return request under our 14-day return policy. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer bears applicable return shipping fees.
- Modifications: Order modifications requested before dispatch incur no additional charges. Modifications requested after dispatch are subject to applicable handling or re-routing transit fees.
- Financed & EMI Orders: Cancellations or returns for orders placed using third-party EMI options are subject to non-refundable interest or processing fees levied directly by the respective financial institution or bank.

Warranty & Returns
- Product Scope: Products sold are individual hardware components or spare parts unless explicitly invoiced as a "Complete PC System."
- Gaming Chairs & Furniture: Defective or damaged components are replaced free of charge under warranty. A full refund or replacement is arranged if component resolution is unavailable.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): Original packaging, boxes, internal foam, serial numbers, and bundled accessories must be completely intact to verify DOA claims within the standard reporting window.
- Warranty Void Conditions: Physical damage, tampering, liquid exposure, burn marks, missing serial tags, or improper self-assembly void the warranty. Professional assembly is strongly recommended.
- Warranty Support: Standard manufacturer warranty applies to all items. RAINBOW GLOBAL RETAIL facilitates warranty processing with brand service centers wherever possible. Warranty claims outside the initial return period are subject to the brand's carry-in or on-site policy terms.
⚠️ Important: Warranty is void if products show physical damage, tampering, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage, burn marks, missing serial numbers, or improper self-assembly. Professional assembly is strongly recommended.

- Intellectual Property: All site branding, text, media, and logos belong to RAINBOW GLOBAL RETAIL. Unauthorized commercial duplication is prohibited.
- Privacy & Security: Customer data is processed securely for order fulfillment in strict adherence to our Privacy Policy. All payments are processed through 128-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways. Sensitive payment details are never stored on our servers.
