    Refund Policy

    Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

    At InfotechKart.com, operated by Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited, we are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms related to order cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds for all purchases made through our platform.

    1. Order Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Before Dispatch

    • Customer-Initiated: Customers may request cancellation of their order before it is shipped through their account panel on InfotechKart.com, email support, or our customer support channels.
    • Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any cancellation or restocking fees for orders cancelled prior to dispatch. Customers will receive a full 100 percent refund to their original payment method.
    • Company-Initiated: No charges apply if the order is cancelled by Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited due to operational, stock availability, pricing errors, or technical reasons. A full 100 percent refund will be issued.

    Cancellation After Shipment

    Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation may no longer be possible during transit. Customers may accept delivery and initiate a standard return request subject to the terms outlined below.


    2. Return and Replacement Eligibility

    To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, customers must notify us within the specific windows outlined below.

    Return Window

    • Standard Products and Hardware: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Complete PC Systems: Within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    Accepted Product Conditions

    • Defective, Damaged, or Dead on Arrival (DOA):
      If a product arrives physically damaged, is dead on arrival, has a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item was delivered, it is eligible for a return, replacement, or refund. These items remain eligible even if the manufacturer’s seal or packaging has been opened for inspection.
    • Change of Mind / Customer Remorse
      • Opened Items: Opened, unsealed, activated, or registered products that are fully functional and free from defects are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind.
      • Unopened Items: We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is completely unopened, factory sealed, unused, and returned in its original pristine packaging condition. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for secure return shipping for such returns.

    Special Product Category: Gaming Chairs and Furniture

    • Defective or damaged components will be replaced free of charge wherever possible.
    • A full refund or complete product replacement will be provided only if a suitable replacement part or resolution cannot be arranged by our technical team.

    3. Return Shipping and Costs

    In accordance with transparent ecommerce and advertising standards, our return shipping responsibilities are structured as follows:

    • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
      If you are returning an item due to manufacturing defects, transit damage, dead-on-arrival condition, or an incorrect item shipment, Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited will cover 100 percent of the return shipping costs. We may arrange a courier pickup or reimburse verified return shipping expenses.
    • Change of Mind Returns:
      Customers are responsible for all return shipping, handling, insurance, and logistics charges for approved change-of-mind returns.
    • Restocking Fees:
      We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

    4. How to Request a Return

    1. Initiate Contact:
      Contact our customer support team through InfotechKart.com or our official support email within the applicable return window and provide valid order details.
    2. Provide Proof:
      Submit clear photographs or a short video showing the damage, defect, incorrect item, or issue reported.
    3. Pack Securely:
      • Retain and use the original manufacturer packaging.
      • Include all original accessories, manuals, bundled items, warranty cards, cables, adapters, and promotional/free items.
      • Place the product inside a secure outer shipping carton.
      • Do not apply tape, labels, or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s original product packaging.
    4. Inspection:
      Once the returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection before approval of refund or replacement.

    Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited reserves the right to reject returns if products show signs of:

    • Physical damage caused after delivery
    • Misuse
    • Liquid damage
    • Burn marks
    • Tampering
    • Missing serial numbers
    • Missing components
    • Deep scratches
    • Unauthorized repairs
    • Insufficient packaging during return transit

    5. Refund Processing Timeframes

    Once your returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

    • Refund Method:
      Refunds for prepaid orders are issued directly back to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) or direct bank transfer orders will be processed to the customer’s verified bank account.
    • Processing Timeline:
      Approved refunds are generally credited within 7 to 10 working days from the date of inspection approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, card issuers, or payment gateways.
    • EMI and Financed Orders:
      For orders purchased using third-party EMI, finance, or installment services, any non-refundable interest charges, convenience fees, or processing fees charged by the financial institution are not refundable by InfotechKart.com.

    6. Warranty Support

    For products that develop faults after the initial return window but remain within the manufacturer’s warranty period, warranty claims must generally be processed through the respective brand’s authorized service centers.

    Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited will provide reasonable assistance, invoice copies, and documentation support to help customers coordinate manufacturer warranty claims wherever possible.
