Tax Compliance: By placing an order on our platform, you confirm that your registration and tax status are active and valid on the date of purchase.
Invoices and GST: A valid GST tax invoice is issued with every single purchase. For B2B invoices requiring Input Tax Credit (ITC), buyers must provide accurate business GST details and certificates at the exact time of order placement.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Any advance partial payments made to secure booking for COD orders are non-refundable if the order is voluntarily canceled by the buyer after processing has commenced.
High-Value Transactions: In compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, high-value electronic transactions may require standard KYC verification. Our compliance team will contact you if additional documentation is required before dispatch.
Express Delivery Guarantee: If an order placed with an express 4-hour delivery option is delayed beyond the promised delivery window due to our operational issues, the extra delivery premium fee will be refunded to the customer.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
Cancellation Before Shipment: Cancellations requested before the order is dispatched are subject to standard payment gateway processing fees, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Cancellation After Shipment: For cancellations requested after the order has left our facility, the buyer is responsible for all actual shipping, handling, and logistics costs incurred during transit.
Modifications: Modifications requested after an item has shipped may incur additional handling or transit charges. No charges apply for modifications requested before dispatch.
Financed Orders: Cancellations or returns for orders placed using third-party EMI or financing options are subject to the processing fees levied by the respective financial institution, which will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty & Returns:
Product Scope: Products sold are components or spare parts, not complete computer systems unless specifically labeled on the tax invoice as a “New PC System.”
Gaming Chairs: Defective or structurally damaged parts will be fully replaced under warranty; full refunds are subject to our standard return criteria if a replacement cannot be provided.
Dead on Arrival (DOA): All original components, boxes, internal cushioning, and accessories must be completely preserved to claim valid DOA status.
Warranty Void Conditions: Physical damage, product tampering, unauthorized repair attempts, or improper home installation nullifies the manufacturer warranty. Professional assembly is highly recommended.
Carry-In Warranty: Products are covered under standard carry-in warranty terms. Customers are responsible for transporting or shipping costs for items outside the initial return period.
On-Site Warranty: On-site service is provided solely in regional areas covered by the manufacturer’s authorized service network; otherwise, the service defaults to carry-in.
Manufacturer Warranty: Warranty is provided strictly by the respective component brand. Seabit Infosolutions acts as a facilitator for active warranty coordination wherever possible.
Legal Jurisdiction: All terms, policies, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
General Terms & Security:
Ownership of Content: All materials, graphics, text, and logos on our platforms belong to Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited. Unauthorized commercial duplication is prohibited.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive for absolute accuracy, users should independently verify technical compatibility and specifications before completing a purchase.
Privacy Policy: Customer information is kept highly secure and processed exclusively for order fulfillment and support in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment Security: We utilize fully secure, encrypted, and certified payment gateways. Sensitive credit card or banking details are never stored on our servers.
