    Terms & Condition

    Sales Policy:

    1. Company Role: Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited. functions as a distributor and seller of computer components and accessories. It does not manufacture products.
    2. Tax Compliance: By placing an order, you confirm that your TNGST registration is active on the date of purchase.
    3. Responsibility Transfer: Ownership and risk of the products pass to the buyer once the items leave our warehouse.
    4. Invoices and GST: All orders are issued with a GST invoice. If you require your company’s GST number on the invoice, provide it along with the first three pages of your GST certificate.
    5. Cash on Delivery (COD): Any partial payment made for COD orders is non-refundable if the order is canceled.
    6. GST on COD Orders: COD orders do not qualify for GST invoices.
    7. High-Value Transactions: Orders of ₹2,00,000 or more require PAN and Aadhaar information. Additional verification may be requested for flagged transactions.
    8. Express Delivery Guarantee: If an order placed with a 4-hour delivery option is delayed beyond the promised time, the extra delivery fee will be refunded.
    9. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
      • Cancellation before shipment: 2% fee.
      • Cancellation after shipment: 5% fee.
      • Modifications before shipment: no fee.
      • Modifications after shipment: 3% fee; if the revised order value is lower, 2% will be deducted from the refund.
      Refunds are issued only after products are returned in their original condition.
    10. EMI Payments: Convenience charges for Bajaj EMI are non-refundable. Orders canceled after shipment incur a 5% fee.
    11. Product Scope: Products sold are components or spare parts, not complete computer systems unless labeled as “New PC System.”
    12. Special Usage Notification: Notify us if products will be used in unusual environments; otherwise, the warranty may be void.
    13. Customer Responsibility: All buyers must read and comply with these terms; ignorance will not excuse non-compliance.
    14. Gaming Chairs: Only defective parts will be replaced; full refunds are not offered.
    15. Dead on Arrival (DOA): All original parts and accessories must be included to claim DOA; missing items will result in claim rejection.
    16. Warranty Void Conditions: Physical damage, tampering, or improper installation nullifies warranty. Professional installation is recommended.
    17. Order Cancellation Rights: Orders may be canceled due to stock shortages or pricing errors.
    18. Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the courts in Kolkata.

    Warranty & Returns:

    1. Carry-In Warranty: Products are covered under carry-in warranty. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for items outside the warranty period.
    2. On-Site Warranty: Provided only in areas covered by the manufacturer; otherwise, service is carry-in.
    3. Shipping Risks: Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited does not assume liability for damages incurred during shipment of RMA items.
    4. Manufacturer Warranty: Any reference to manufacturer or direct warranty indicates the manufacturer is responsible. Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited holds no legal or financial obligation.
    5. Invoice Requirement: Warranty requests must include the original invoice.
    6. Condition Requirements: Warranty applies only to products in good physical condition.
    7. Exclusions: Broken pins, missing components, cracks, or tampered labels void the warranty.
    8. Service Timing: Repair or replacement timelines are determined by the manufacturer and may vary. Delays are beyond our control.
    9. Excluded Damages: Damage caused by mishandling, electrical issues, or improper use is not covered.
    10. Manufacturer Policy: Warranty covers only manufacturing defects per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Customers must contact local service centers if available.
    11. Repair or Replacement: Products may be repaired or replaced according to manufacturer policy.
    12. Accessories and Packaging: All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included for warranty service.
    13. Dispute Resolution: Any disagreements regarding warranty must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
    14. Payment Requirement: Warranty support is provided only for fully paid orders.
    15. Service Disclaimer: Warranty assistance is a discretionary service provided by Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
