Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can request order cancellation directly from the order panel on the website. Alternatively, cancellation requests may be submitted via email or by contacting customer support with valid order details.
Any convenience or processing fee applied to an order is non-refundable if the cancellation is initiated by the buyer. If the order is cancelled by Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited. due to operational or technical reasons, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
Cancellation and modification charges depend on the order status:
- A 2% convenience charge will be deducted if the buyer cancels the order before dispatch.
- A 5% charge will apply if the buyer cancels the order after shipment.
- A 3% modification fee will be applicable if the buyer requests order changes after shipment.
- No charges will be applied for modifications requested before dispatch.
These charges will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
For shipped orders, refunds will be processed only after the product is received back in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.
No cancellation or modification charges will apply if the order is cancelled or altered by Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be serviced directly through the respective brand’s authorized service centers. Assistance may be provided wherever possible, but warranty claims are not handled directly.

Return/ Refund Policy:

Return or refund requests are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product found dead on arrival (DOA)
- Manufacturing defect
Buyers must notify Seabit Infosolutions Private Limited. within 3 days of delivery, or 7 days for complete PC systems, to raise a dispute.
For gaming chairs, only replacement of defective or damaged parts is applicable. Refunds will not be provided for gaming chair purchases.
If the product seal is opened and the product is found to be functional and non-defective, return or refund requests will not be processed.
Any return or refund request will be rejected if any accessory, component, manual, or free item originally supplied is missing.
Customers are required to retain the original packaging material until the return period ends, as proper packaging is mandatory for safe transit.
Products must be packed exactly as received. Do not paste tapes, stickers, or adhesives directly on the product or its original box. Improper packing may lead to rejection of the return request.
All accessories, cables, manuals, and complimentary items provided with the product must be returned together.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method for online transactions. For COD or bank transfer orders, refunds will be processed only to the buyer’s bank account. Refund processing generally takes 7–10 working days after approval.
For orders placed using Bajaj EMI, a 5% deduction from the total order value will apply if the cancellation is initiated by the buyer.
All returned products are subject to quality inspection. Approval of refunds or replacements depends on compliance with the stated policy conditions.
